Yoga is an ancient practice connecting the mind, body and spirit through
physical poses or asanas, controlled breathing and meditation. I enjoy
helping students discover how each of these elements of yoga can be
incorporated in their lives to enhance their health and happiness.
I
feel it is very important to keep my yoga classes small to allow for
individualized attention. I am committed to helping each student
learn yoga in the way that helps them achieve their personal goals
or needs.

Private Yoga Session:
Perfect for the new student to learn the basics of yoga or for the
seasoned student who wants to further their practice. 60 minutes:
$55.

Duet Yoga Session:
Bring a friend or loved one to help you stay motivated and
experience the wonderful world of yoga together. $60 minutes: $30
per person.

Small Group Classes:
Each class will include strength, balance, and restorative poses
combined with breath work and meditation exercises. All classes are
tailored to the individuals in the class. Classes are limited to
4 people so please call ahead to reserve your spot. 75 minutes:
$20 per person.
